ABOUT US
ESOP - PROUDLY EMPLOYEE OWNED
Founded in 1987 as a family-owned company, Waterline Industries Corporation has grown into a trusted, employee-owned leader in the water and wastewater construction industry. For nearly four decades, we have built our reputation on precision estimating, disciplined project execution, and a deep understanding that successful construction is measured not just by completing a project — but by how efficiently, safely, and reliably it is delivered.
In 2018, Waterline entered a defining chapter when the founding family transitioned the company to a 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This gift of ownership ensures that every vested employee shares in Waterline’s success and has a personal stake in our continued growth. As proud employee-owners, we are committed to strengthening a culture that values safety, integrity, responsibility, and long-term investment in our clients and our communities.
We take pride in the work we deliver today — because together, we own our tomorrow.
Today, we serve municipalities, industrial facilities, and private-sector clients throughout New England by building and upgrading infrastructure that protects our region’s water resources and supports the safe treatment, disposal, and reuse of wastewater. Our work directly impacts the communities that depend on clean, reliable water systems every day, helping safeguard public health and environmental sustainability for future generations.

Protecting Water Resources Through Every Project
At Waterline, we recognize that the work we perform carries long-term responsibility.
Protecting drinking water sources, supporting safe wastewater treatment, and enabling responsible water reuse are central to our mission. Each project is approached with the understanding that we are not just building infrastructure — we are helping protect natural resources that communities rely on now and for generations to come.
Strategic Estimating. Real-World Execution Intelligence.
Winning projects is only the beginning.
Our estimating department brings nearly 40 years of industry experience to every bid we prepare. Rather than simply pricing plans and specifications, our team develops a complete understanding of each project by studying constructability, sequencing, site conditions, and long-term operational performance.
This field-driven knowledge allows us to provide value engineering and constructability insights that can improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance project schedules while maintaining design integrity. In many cases, while design documents are technically sound, our experience in the field allows us to identify alternative approaches that can improve how projects are built without sacrificing quality or performance.
We remain competitive through:
Deep historical cost knowledge
Strong, long-term relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
Advanced project planning and resource coordination
A culture of accountability from estimate to final closeout
We do not simply bid projects — we prepare to build them with precision and confidence.
Self-Perform Expertise
Waterline self-performs multiple critical construction trades, allowing us to maintain greater control over quality, schedule, and safety performance.
By directly managing key construction activities, we can respond quickly to field conditions while maintaining strict quality standards and project consistency. This approach provides clients with greater predictability and stronger overall project outcomes.
Seamless Project Delivery
Successful construction depends on collaboration and communication at every stage.
Each project transitions through a coordinated process that begins with estimating and moves through project management, project coordination, superintendent leadership, and skilled field crews working alongside site engineers.
This structured process helps ensure:
Clear communication
Reduced risk and uncertainty
Controlled project costs
Strong quality assurance
Efficient and safe project completion
People-Driven Culture. Owner-Minded Performance
As an employee-owned company, every team member shares in Waterline’s success.
From apprentices learning the trade to senior leadership guiding company strategy, our culture is built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Our employee-owners take pride in delivering work the right way — even when that requires additional planning, innovation, or coordination.
Built on Experience. Focused on the Future
What began as a family business has grown into a company built on technical expertise, employee ownership, and long-term client relationships.
As we continue to grow, our commitment remains unchanged:
Deliver high-quality infrastructure projects
Protect vital water resources
Support sustainable wastewater treatment solutions
Build systems communities can rely on for generations
At Waterline Industries Corporation, we don’t just build infrastructure — we build confidence in essential systems that protect our communities and our environment.
