This project includes construction of a 0.74 MGD water treatment facility which will utilize 3 greensand pressure filtration vessels to remove iron and manganese from the water from the existing Well 1 and Well 2 at the Bemis Road site. The work also includes the renovations of two existing well pump stations, including demolition of existing equipment and installation of new equipment, as well as additional improvements to the town’s existing SCADA system.
