Construction of a new transfer pump station including the installation of pumps and VFD’s procured under a separate contract, the construction of a PFAS treatment building including the installation of GAC pressure vessel systems procured under a separate contract; and installing GAC filter media provided by the Town. The work also includes furnishing and installing HVAC equipment, a sprinkler system, electrical and instrumentation equipment and programming, and site improvements.
