Comprehensive upgrade to the River Street Pump Station and associated site work including construction of new building entrances, installation of new odor control system, improvements to the HVAC & plumbing systems. New instrumentation, control and SCADA system. Improvements to the River Street Pump Station force main including replacement of manhole frames and covers on all clean out and air release manholes, replacement of air release valves, vacuum testing and select manhole cement lining rehabilitation; Replacement of existing process equipment including sodium hypochlorite feed pumps and piping, air compressors, channel grinder. Architectural and structural improvements to the exterior of the pump station building including new metal roof and doors, cleaning of exterior brick and repointing of select areas.
