The Dover project consists of constructing Secondary Clarifier No. 3 at the Dover, NH Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF). The project includes the complete construction of the new clarifier with a drive mechanism, FRP weirs and baffles, concrete tankage and launder fill, and heat tracing, along with associated piping, site work, equipment systems, structures, instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems as shown on the drawings. Additional appurtenances will also be provided as specified. The scope further includes demolition of existing pavement and aprons around Secondary Clarifiers No. 1 and 2, removal of select trees near the Sludge Storage Tanks, and demolition of piping in the Process Building Pump Room, along with other appurtenances identified in the contract documents. Plant flow and treatment processes must be maintained throughout the duration of the work in accordance with project requirements. We will be removing and/or relocating existing equipment as indicated and shall furnish one complete spare pump assembly for future installation by the City of Dover. The scope also requires the Waterline to carefully examine the existing site and account for all removals, relocations, rearrangements, and reconnections that may interfere with or complicate the performance of work, ensuring proper integration of new and existing systems. Waterline is responsible for all coordination efforts necessary to achieve approved operation and seamless functionality of the completed project.
