Water Treatment Plant Electrical Resiliency Improvements, which includes modifications to existing electrical equipment (including upgrades to existing automatic transfer switch, improvements to service resiliency to the WTP by replacing existing underground cables), modification and repair of groundwater infiltration (including installation of a concrete slab with hydrophilic coating); and all materials, equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work.
