The Project is generally described as furnishing and installing a granular activated carbon (GAC) adsorption treatment system at the McKeon Water Treatment Facility with a new building, furnishing and installation of GAC adsorption vessels, GAC media, chemical feed system, electrical work, control system upgrades, site work, and all materials, equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work.
