The work consists of construction of a new headworks building with influent screening and grit removal systems, a new secondary clarifier, a new sludge pumping building with return sludge pumping system, plant water system and UV disinfection system, site utility installation/modifications, upgrades to the existing main electrical service, installation of a new emergency power system, and site paving and restoration.
