The Cyr St & Norman Ave Project consists of constructing a new 1.8 million-gallon-per-day (MGD) Water Treatment Plant (WTP) to serve the existing Cyr Street and Norman Avenue wells. The WTP will incorporate GreensandPlus filtration, aeration, and chemical feed systems, along with complete building systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical services. Associated site work includes installation of exterior process piping, stormwater collection systems, and approximately 1,500 linear feet of new water main along Norman Avenue, tying into the intersection of Matfield Street and East Street. Additive Alternate No. 1 includes the installation of two pitless adapters at Norman Avenue Station No. 2 Well No. 2 and Cyr Street Station No. 4 Well No. 4, complete with all required materials, equipment, and labor. Additive Alternate No. 2 includes furnishing and installing approximately 750 linear feet of chain-link fencing with gates and appurtenances at Cyr Street Wells No. 4 and 5A.
